House rules & policies

1. Reservations are free of charge and require no deposit. Payment is made at the outlet for what you order. 2. Please arrive and show your reservation QR code to our staff for scanning no later than 30 minutes before your reservation time. Otherwise, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the table is released to other guests. 3. Table placement is assigned by our staff based on conditions on site. 4. Groups can be booked online instantly as long as tables are available. If your group exceeds the outlet's capacity, please contact the resort. 5. You can cancel through your e-ticket (link in the confirmation email) up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled online. 6. A maximum of 2 active reservations per contact. 7. The outlet may cancel a reservation due to bad weather or circumstances beyond its control; you will be notified by email.
