Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sanghyang Indah Spa Resort website and the bookings you make through it. The website is operated by Sanghyang Indah Spa Resort ("we"). By accessing the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Cancellation Policy.

1. Changes to these terms and the website

We may change these terms, the website content, facilities and offers at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page when you use the website or make a booking.

2. Bookings

  • Room availability and rates come from our reservation system and may change until your booking has been fully processed.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation containing a booking code.
  • Make sure the names, contact details, dates and number of guests you enter are correct; we are not responsible for problems arising from incorrect data.
  • Special requests, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless stated in the confirmation.
  • Group, event and MICE bookings are made directly with our team and may have their own terms.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Taxes and service charges are itemised before you complete payment.
  • Online payments are processed by a licensed payment partner (Xendit) or through our partner booking engine (Exely), using the methods available at the time of booking.
  • You enter card details directly on the payment partner's page; we do not store them.
  • If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the booking with a full refund.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations and changes follow our Cancellation Policy and the rate conditions shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation. Refunds are made to the original payment method where the payment provider supports it; otherwise we will ask for a destination bank account for a transfer.

5. Check-in and during your stay

  • Check-in is from 15:00 WIB and check-out is by 12:00 WIB unless otherwise agreed.
  • Guests must present a valid official identity document (Indonesian ID card or passport) at check-in.
  • Guests must follow the resort rules, including the rules for the hot spring pools, the beach and water sports facilities, and staff instructions for safety.
  • Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused by them or their party.

6. Membership programme

Sanghyang Platinum and Dragon VIP memberships are subject to the terms published on the Membership pages. Benefits apply to active members only and are non-transferable.

7. Use of the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes or make fake or speculative bookings;
  • extract content automatically (scraping, bots or crawlers) without our written permission;
  • disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website's systems, including by distributing malicious software; or
  • copy, modify or exploit website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, trademarks and design, belongs to Sanghyang Indah Spa Resort or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Information on the website

We strive to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Photos and descriptions are illustrative; layouts, furnishings, menus, schedules and facilities may differ or change without prior notice.

10. Third-party links and services

This website connects to third-party services such as the Exely booking engine, Xendit payment pages, Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media. Your use of those services is governed by each provider's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Natural conditions and force majeure

The resort is located on the Sunda Strait coast. Please follow official information and instructions from the authorities, such as BMKG, during your stay and when on the beach or at sea. We are not liable for delays or failures to provide services caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, extreme weather, infrastructure disruptions or government policies.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website, including access interruptions, technical errors or losses caused by third parties. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be settled by the competent courts in Indonesia. If the English and Indonesian versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
